Lowest Unemployment Rate:

  1. North Dakota

  5. Minnesota and Vermont (tie)

 

Fewest Fatalities per 100 Million Vehicle Miles of Travel:

  1. District of Columbia
  2. Massachusetts
  3. Minnesota
  4. New Jersey
  5. Washington

Lowest Bullying Incident Rate:

  1. District of Columbia
  2. Florida
  3. New Mexico
  4. Mississippi
  5. Massachusetts

 

Fewest Fatal Occupational Injuries per Total Employees:
