Join thousands of event sliders in their swimsuits as you experience the slide of your life down your city streets this summer.
Slide the City is bringing a 1,000-foot-waterslide and family-friendly, slip-and-slide water events to more than 100 destinations through the United States and Canada, including popular cities like Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Nashville, Philadelphia, Toronto, Vancouver and Salt Lake City, where the company is based.
Set up on popular city streets, the event’s mega-slide of water-slickened vinyl is longer than the length of three football fields. Revelers don’t have to worry about feeling uncomfortable while sliding on top of the asphalt as the waterslide is padded and “got more cushion than your grandpa’s orthopedic sneakers,” according to the website.
In addition to the gigantic slide, waterslide enthusiasts can also enjoy live music, food, drinks and water fun. Partygoers are invited to bring water buckets, floaties and water guns to squirt, spray, splash and get all attendants soaked.
Admission to ride the water slide ranges from $15–55, depending on the number of trips you want to take down the slide and other fun water activities. You can find pricing for each event online after clicking on the location you want to attend.
