Soneva Fushi in the Maldives unveils its latest offering for adventurous guests. Flying Sauces is the world’s first fine-dining zip line experience.
Once strapped into the safety harness, participating guests soar along a 600-foot zip line route, 30 feet in the air, to a dining area in the forest above the treetops. The experience is available for breakfast, afternoon tea or dinner. Diners begin the meal with an amuse bouche followed by an inventive, seasonal, six-course menu. For dinner service, guests may opt to add a wine pairing from a selection of more than 9,000 wines from the property’s impressive cellar.

This new experience gives our guests a new perspective of our unique island eco-system, allowing them to reconnect with the sights and sounds of nature while enjoying fine dining hospitality at the same time,” said Sonu Shivdasani, CEO and co-founder, Soneva.
