Also just 5 miles from the ski area, this six-bed retreat is situated on nine acres, allowing for prime wildlife sightings and fishing within 25 feet of your doorstep. Cozy up in its great room with large windows and vaulted ceilings and be surrounded by rustic décor. Enjoy a meal at the dining table or by the grill and seating area on the back patio, taking in the beautiful views and the sounds of the flowing river nearby.

Another Breckenridge property just a five-minute shuttle ride to the ski area, this 6,200-square-foot home is located in the prominent Highlands subdivision of Breckenridge. Situated on 4.5 acres, the home backs up to the national forest and endless hiking trails. Recent renovation presents stylish décor and new tall windows in the front to bring an abundance of natural light inside. From the spacious gourmet kitchen to the sophisticated dining area and lower level with a new 85-inch TV and home theater system and billiards table, the house can sleep up to 12 guests.

A short walk from the Thunderhead ski lift, this contemporary, 4,588-square-foot home can sleep up to 16 guests in five bedrooms. Featuring a huge central island seating six, the kitchen has spectacular views through large windows facing the mountain. Guests can enjoy a large 75-inch TV in the family room and private covered hot tub before retreating to the primary king suite with extra high ceilings, a six-head shower and free-standing soaking bathtub.
