If you’ve been dreaming of a luxury train trip in the near future, now might be the perfect time to book that experience. Belmond just unveiled its newest luxury cabin accommodations aboard the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, with the suite-style cabins available for booking for June 2023 travel.

The new accommodations embrace the train’s classic style, but with an upgrade. Expect private marble en-suite bathrooms, lounge areas that transform into sleeping areas as needed, complimentary kimonos and slippers, and your own 24-hour cabin steward. The new suites span across two original 1920s and 30s train carriages, with four suites in each car. Decor choices draw inspiration from European landscapes, including the countryside, forests, lakes and mountains of France, while also working in Art Deco designs that pair well with the carriages’ histories.

When you’re not enjoying your luxury suite, though, you’ll enjoy taking in the scenery as the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express travels between a wide swathe of European destinations, including Prague, Paris, Cannes, Florence, Venice, Rome, Verona, Vienna, Innsbruck, Budapest, Bucharest, Geneva, Brussels and Amsterdam. If you don’t manage to snag one of the eight new suites, you can still book a historic cabin or Grand Suite aboard the train.
