The new Visijax Commuter Jacket is designed to keep cyclists safe while biking with its built-in flashing capabilities that make a biker’s intentions clearer to motorists.
The lightweight jacket features high-intensity LEDs on the sleeves that are activated when a cyclists raises their arm. This way, motorists and other road users can clearly see when they plan to make a turn.
The fabric contains three sets of integrated, motion-activated LEDs with standard vehicle lighting codes: white for front, red for back and amber for turning signals. According to the company, many users turn on the front and back LEDs during the day as well as at night since it makes them more visible in all traffic and weather conditions.
The jackets are made of high-quality fabric that is both rainproof and breathable and features a Teflon coating to repel mud and water. Each of the outside zips are also waterproof to keep rain from seeping through the gaps and getting customers wet.
The Visijax Commuter Jacket with turn signals comes in two colors, black and fluorescent yellow. Learn more at visijax.com.
