Lugging a massive piece of luggage from one place to another no longer needs to be an embarrassing and tortuous process. The luggage of the past can be tossed aside to make room for a newer, sleeker and more efficient bag.
Raden, a New York-based company that specializes in travel luggage, presents luggage that pairs technology with the highest-quality materials. Two sizes of luggage are available: one carry-on size called the A22 Carry, and one larger version called the A28 Check (as in, the size of luggage that should be checked).
The A22 Carry measures 22 inches and weighs in at 8.4 pounds, while Raden´s Check bag weighs 13 pounds and measures 28 inches. Built with a strong polycarbonate material to resist cracks from falling and bumping into other bags, Raden´s bags are industrially designed with the sophisticated traveler in mind.
Available in eight different colors, each bag comes equipped with technological features such as phone-charging capabilities (via two USB ports), a built-in weight sensor to alert you if your luggage is too heavy and the ability to pair with a smartphone´s Bluetooth technology to offer luggage location services.
Both the Carry and the Check can be purchased as a package on Raden´s website for $595. Also sold separately, the A28 Check costs $395 and the A22 Carry costs $295.
