Audrey Claire COOK is an intimate, collaborative kitchen-classroom in Philadelphia featuring cooking demonstrations hosted by popular local and national culinary professionals.
The classes are announced and go up for sale on the website early in the month for the following month. Classes are popular and often sell out minutes after being listed. On average, classes run about two hours and host about 16 guests. There are a mix of daytime and evening classes available during the week and on weekends. Evening classes feature a full meal, whereas the daytime options might only serve snacks and other treats. Wine and other beverages are included within the cost of the class. Pricing varies by class, but the range is generally $80–225 per person.
Expect to find chefs from Philadelphia’s best restaurants hosting events. Past restaurant participants include Laurel, Le Virtù, Parc, Noord and Tria.
On your visit, stop in the shop, selling cookware, food items and books. Gift cards are also available for $15, $25, $50, $75, $100 and $500. These can be sent via email directly to the recipient or printed and sent in the mail.
