Channel your inner campfire and cocktail vibes at San Antonio’s newest experience. At Camp Hot Wells, guests enjoy the perfect blend of wellness retreat, outdoor bar and camp experience on San Antonio’s South Side.
Camp Hot Wells, located next to the historic Hot Wells Resort, offers campers a safe and relaxing place to sleep while enjoying its many outdoor-focused amenities. The property provides private cabanas for hot sulfur soaks; foot baths for guests to soak and sip on a glass of wine, beer, cider or other drink from the menu; and hammocks for lounging. Picnic tables are also available for indulging in charcuterie and cheese boards.
For the ultimate experience, guests are encouraged to bring along their tents and sleeping bags before taking part in the site’s sulfur springs, baths, drinks, snacks and activities. Fire pits encourage night conversations with a refreshing drink in hand, while an array of different suites for private baths allow solo travelers or couples to relax with garden views.
The ruins of the nearby old Hot Wells Resort were also converted into a county park for guests to visit. Hot Wells Resort was once a popular destination for tourists in the 19th century, drawing people far and wide to its healing waters.
Camp Hot Wells is also available for big and small events.
