Sometimes the only way to get through a long flight is a stiff drink. We won’t judge. In fact, we’re happy to throw one back with you.
Flight attendants aren’t professional bartenders and it shows. They just aren’t always up to your standards when it comes to their mixology skills, so you’ve got to make your own if you want it done right. The Carry On Cocktail Kit aims to make that easy for you.
Small enough to fit in your carry-on, but also large enough to carry the essentials, these little packs have all the necessary tools to mix the perfect cocktail. Unfortunately, they don’t come with the alcohol so you’ll have to work that one out for yourself.
There are currently two different versions of the kit. The Old Fashioned comes with a recipe card, aromatic bitters, cane sugar, a spoon and muddler along with a linen coaster so you don’t make a mess. The Gin & Tonic, meanwhile, comes with a bar spoon, tonic syrup and ½ ounce of jigger to help put you at ease.
Of course, nobody said you have to limit yourself to these two delicious cocktails. Use the tools to make whatever floats your boat while you’re flying high.
Both of the tins retail at $24 or you can purchase two for $40. Nobody likes to drink alone. Learn more at carryoncocktailkit.com.
