Avani Hotels & Resorts launched a unique experience for guests, who can now take an online quiz allowing them to discover which of the six “Avani Tribe” travel types they fit into.
You can either play a quick social media game or choose a more detailed online quiz, both designed to help you unlock personalized itineraries that can be for solo travelers or alongside like-minded travelers in city locations, tropical resorts or heritage sites. Over the next couple months, travel influencers representing the six travel tribes will set off on personalized trips, paving the way for other Millennial travelers.
Available on Avani’s Instagram and TikTok accounts, the Avani Tribes social media quiz takes you through a series of “this or that” questions about your dream trip to determine what tribe you belong to. For those looking for a deeper dive, the online quiz not only determines your tribe but also recommends the most fitting Avani destinations.
So, what are the tribes? You’ll fit into the Water Babies, Wellness Wanderers, Adventurers, Foodies, Romantics or Creative tribes.
Travelers fitting into the Water Babies Tribe can expect itineraries including scuba diving, kayaking and e-surfing at Avanti+ Fares Maldives Resort, or snorkeling with majestic manta rays at nearby Hanifaru Bay. Guests at Avani+ Koh Lanta Resort in Krabi, Thailand, will find activities such as sailing to remote islands, gliding along mangrove-lined rivers and relaxing by a cozy villa pool.
Wellness Wanderers will have the chance to experience AvaniWell, the newly launched holistic wellbeing clinic at Avani+ Hua Hin Resort. Spend your days rejuvenating with traditional Thai medicine, physiotherapy, reformer Pilates and healthy meals.
Adventure travel awaits at Avani Victoria Falls in Zambia for the Adventurer Tribes. Dive into action-packed adventures filled with white-water rafting and a helicopter ride above Victoria Falls. Over at Avani Kalutara Resort, guests will experience Sri Lankan thrills with a trip to the Fa Hien Cave and Thambadola Ella Falls.
Foodies will love the beauty of the rooftop bars and restaurants of Bangkok, Dubai and Lisbon. At SEEN Restaurant & Bar Bangkok, above Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel, enjoy panoramic views of the Chao Phraya River and cutting-edge gastronomy. At its sister venue, SEEN Sky Bar in Lisbon offers smart cocktails, cool beats and a stunning backdrop. Over in Dubai, La Sirène at Avanti+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites has Lebanese delicacies with sparkling Burj Al Arab views.
Creatives will thrive at Avani Palazzo Moscova Milan and enjoy shopping tours and custom beauty creations. In Cambodi,a at FCC Angkor by Avani, immerse yourself in art classes.
Romantics can head to Avani’s Asian and Indian Ocean resorts for a stay in a private villa. You can also receive couples’ spa treatments and moonlit dinners. Meanwhile, Avani Rio Novo Venice offers jewelry-making sessions where you can create timeless pieces for loved ones.
