Paintball is a quintessential game for the American countryside. It’s only three decades old, but the sport has spread across the entire country. If you’re looking to try your hand at a paintball marker, here are five of the best fields in the United States.
Old River Paintball, Ocklawaha, Fla.
Old River is one of the largest parks in the South with 40 acres and 12 fields to play on, offering Speedball, Hyperball and Airball.
CPX Sports, Chicago, Ill.
If you like playing out different scenario fields, CPX is the place for you. The abandoned Town of Bedlam is a fan favorite, as well as their jungle and Warhammer fields.
PRZ Paintball, Picton, Ontario
Canada is a great place for Woodsball, but if you want a truly crazy experience you should check out PRZ, a large field located in a mental asylum and military base.
Hollywood Sports, Los Angeles, Calif.
As the best park for themed games, Hollywood Sports lets you live out your action hero fantasies with its fields filled with movie props.
Skirmish USA, Albrightsville, Pa.
A sprawling complex of 48 fields that stretches 700 acres, Skrimish offers a variety of arenas and Woodsball areas, but its most popular attraction is the annual Battle of Normandy.
