Dining in Park City embraces delicious modern mountain cuisine locally sourced and seasonally inspired.
High West Distillery & Saloon
The world’s first and only ski-in distillery and gastro-saloon, High West is popular with locals and visitors alike for its regional and seasonal flavors as well as inventive and flavorful cocktail menu. Set at the bottom of Quittin’ Time ski run and next to the Town Lift, the restaurant is situated just one block off historic Main Street. Settle in at the bar, made of reclaimed wood from the Great Salt Lake Trestle Bridge of 1904, and bask in the rich, boozy heritage of Old West saloons.
Miners Camp
Brand new this ski season, Miners Camp is an ideal spot for a delicious and filling lunch in between trails, located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort’s new Quicksilver Interconnect Gondola. The restaurant features fresh options like homemade bison chili and artisan salads tossed right in front of you, as well as a number of local brews.
Lookout Cabin
In addition to its table-served Rocky Mountain cuisine, Lookout Cabin is renowned for its breathtaking views of the Wasatch Range. Perched on top of Lookout Peak at 8,300 feet, the restaurant features a full-service bar and offers a lunch menu with beautifully presented, delicious dishes like fondue and fresh salmon.
The Farm
Recently named one of the top 25 restaurants in Utah by Salt Lake Magazine, The Farm boasts a menu with fresh, sustainably raised fare prepared from scratch. The restaurant aims to source its ingredients from local farms and purveyors whenever possible. Local goodies include the charcuterie board, with a selection of salumi, house mustard, local honey, pepper relish, house pickles and grilled bread, and trout with truffled leek risotto.
Red Tail Grill
Mountainside gastropub is the name of the game at Red Tail Grill, nestled on the Ski Beach in the Resort Village. This rustic venue offers local, sustainable products from nearby purveyors perfect for a refueling lunch break and post-ski gathering on the spot’s outdoor deck. In addition to pub favorites like burgers and wings, find beet hummus and smoked Utah trout crostini.
