Based on research, these are the top projected concerns for 2020:

1. Geopolitical shifts: Risks from these shifts will prove a challenge for businesses.
2. Mental health: These issues will hold greater importance.
3. Physical health: Companies will make strides to safeguard the physical health of its employees.
4. Cyber crime: These crimes will likely grow and impose a stronger risk.
5. Climate change: Climate change will cause environmental problems.
6. Infectious disease outbreaks: Various factors, including climate change and urbanization, will increase the presence and spread of infectious diseases.
7. Bleisure travel: Whether or not employers are considered responsible for covering bleisiure travel will become part of the conversation in the workplace.
8. Millennials and Generation Z: These demographics will challenge employers with different preferences, expectations and attitudes.
