The Trinus 3-in-1 travel bag is a solution for travelers seeking a great carry-on bag, but who don’t travel often enough to invest in an extra piece of luggage they’ll use only every few months. The Trinus travel bag transforms sizes, so, when not used for travel, it can be used as a cross-body bag or laptop bag for work or school. It goes from 38 liters in volume as a travel bag, down to a small cross-body bag and back up to a 15-inch laptop case.
How does it work? The bag starts as the larger travel bag size and then, with a few zips, separates to become a laptop bag. Then, it can be folded and zipped again to make a cross-body bag suitable for easy walking while sightseeing or everyday use.
At the travel size, the bag opens like a suitcase, includes the extra laptop pocket and additionally includes four other outer pockets for things like tech gear, your wallet and passport. At laptop size, the bag still features some extra outer pockets, but is primarily the 15-inch laptop sleeve. As a cross-body bag, it includes a hidden inside pocket, external and internal pocket zippers, a pocket for coins and cash and a pocket for an included flashlight.
Other additional features include a luggage strap on the exterior of the bag, so you can fasten the full-sized bag to the top of your roller suitcase. At 20 by 12 by 9, the full-sized bag meets international carry-on standards.
Currently featured on Indiegogo, the Trinus 3-in-1 bag is available for $122 in either blue or gray and estimated delivery is February.
