Head to the Space Needle or the Chihuly Garden and Glass ($55 per ticket). The Space Needle offers a stunning view of Seattle. If you choose to have a pastry for lunch, you will spend approximately $10.
After lunch, walk the market and see the arts and crafts available and visit the fish and dairy sections.
Next is the Gum Wall. It is a brick wall in Pike Place Market where visitors stick gum. It has been filled with gum since the 1990s and is about 50 feet long. You can further explore downtown Seattle to your liking.
The Nue Seattle is your dinner spot. Order Trinidadian Doubles ($18). This is made of open-faced baras flatbreads topped with curry channa (chickpea) served with kuchela relish, Trinidadian hot sauce, tamarind chutney, cucumber relish and cilantro.
