Visit Panama City Beach announced the return of its signature spring culinary festival, UNwineD presented by Publix. Back for its ninth year, UNwineD takes place March 27–29 at Aaron Bessant Park, showcasing a lineup of craft beer, wine and spirits, along with outstanding cuisine from the South’s top chefs. This year’s special guests include James Beard semifinalist and Top Chef season 16 winner Kelsey Barnard Clark, as well as acclaimed food and wine expert Michael Green.

Festivities kick off with an exclusive wine dinner at Capt. Anderson’s Restaurant and Waterfront Market on March 27. This new event offers an elegant evening with delicious wines from Rombauer Vineyards paired with gourmet dishes to enhance each selection. Since the dinner is limited to just 40 guests, this intimate gathering is a great opportunity to mingle with other wine lovers.

Friday brings an exclusive preview party hosted by Southern Living and Visit Panama City Beach. The V.I.P. experience gives guests the chance to mingle with the chef and sommelier while enjoying a Southern-inspired menu by Chef Clark, and taste wines selected by Green.

Saturday is the main event with a day full of activities. Start with the Grand Afternoon Tasting, where guests have the opportunity to taste a selection of craft beer, spirits, wines and delicious bites from Panama City Beach’s top restaurants. As the afternoon goes on, guests can attend engaging wine seminars, cooking demonstrations and performances from local musicians.
