Villatel Orlando Resort, a “villa hotel” with top-tier private villa rentals with hotel-style standards and amenities, opened in the heart of Orlando on 77 acres in Orlando’s tourism district, just minutes from Universal Orlando theme parks and Walt Disney World.
Immersive experiences are a hallmark of Villatel, and its in-house creative team builds extravagant, themed kids’ bedrooms; and entertainment spaces, like home theaters, arcades and game lofts.
In 2024, Villatel Orlando Resort will debut a custom-built resort amenity center, with a community clubhouse; grand pool; adventure waterpark with multistory slides and lazy river; fully equipped fitness center; full-service restaurant and grill; wet and dry children’s playgrounds; and bocce, basketball and pickleball courts. When fully completed in 2025, the resort will feature 526 units made up of 256 apartment-style suites and 270 single-family homes of various sizes.
“We’re thrilled to welcome guests to Villatel Orlando Resort as we unveil the first phase of a new kind of hospitality that will truly change the way people travel,” said Stephen Lobell, CEO, Villatel. “Our concept reimagines the short-term vacation rental space by offering a custom product that’s consistently beautiful and clean, and a service level that’s always reliable. For any guest debating the merits of booking a hotel room or a vacation rental in Orlando, our response is: why not get the best of both? Your own fully equipped kitchen, expansive living spaces, game loft, pool, en-suite bedrooms, and a variety of resort amenities, all cleaned and serviced to upscale hotel standards. Not to mention, the resort is just a stone’s throw from the city’s top attractions in arguably the most prime location in all of Orlando. As excited as we are to bring the first set of villas to market for guests to enjoy, the launch of our remaining 400+ units and sprawling water park and amenity center will really take this destination to another level.”
