This year’s St. Barts Gourmet Festival kicks off Nov. 8, for five days of culinary-focused fun featuring award-winning chefs and highlighting the Caribbean destination’s best hotels and restaurants. The St. Barts Tourism Committee, which hosts the festival, now in its ninth year, recently unveiled the list of participating notable chefs who plan on attending the festival. Here’s a snippet of what you can expect:
During the festival, chefs work in tandem with a hosting hotel or venue, where they create, prepare and serve a multicourse menu available all four nights of the festival. Each multicourse menu intends to both highlight the chef’s own style while also recognizing local ingredients and culinary traditions.

This year’s lineup of chefs includes award winners from famous restaurants primarily in France, with one outlier from New York City. A Top Chef winner is also expected to attend. Hosting venues across the island include Hôtel Rosewood Le Guanahani St.Barth, Hôtel Christopher, Eden Rock Saint Barth, Hôtel Manapany, Zion Saint Barth, Restaurant L’Esprit Saline, Restaurant Bagatelle St. Barth, Hôtel Le Sereno, Cheval Blanc St Barth Isle de France and Nikki Beach Saint Barth.
“It is a real pleasure and honor to host the ninth annual St. Barts Gourmet Festival,” said Pascale Minarro Baudouin, president, St. Barts Tourism Committee. “I am thrilled to also share that, for the first time in the history of the festival, the guest chefs are committed to cooking at least one dish with local products, so that they can discover and share the treasures of our island with guests.”
