What’s better than a good cocktail or glass of wine? A good cocktail or glass of wine with a view. Whether you’re fortunate enough to have a rooftop bar near you or plan to visit one on your upcoming travels, these are some of the best rooftop bars in the world:

The Roof at Edition, West Hollywood is considered the best of the best for rooftop bars. Here, you can soak up the sun and views atop this terraced deck adorned with terra cotta potted plants, bench seating and trees. Indulge in Latin- and tropical-inspired cocktails with Southern California flair, as well as wellness cocktails featuring fresh-pressed juices, a big list of rosés and low-proof spirit cocktail options.

The Panoramic Terrace at Hotel Colon in Barcelona, Spain, comes in second. This terrace promises views of the cathedral and its rising towers, as well as a bird’s-eye view of the square below. Here, enjoy tapas and decadent desserts.

Rounding out the top three, Scarlett in Bangkok, Thailand, is a must-visit rooftop bar in this lively city. This vibrant French rooftop bar and restaurant sits on the 37th floor and boasts panoramic views of Bangkok’s skyline. Enjoy a produce-driven menu, dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood delicacies and more.

Other U.S. rooftop bars making the top include Cindy’s Rooftop in Chicago, Illinois; Nohu in Weekawken, New Jersey; and Bok Bar in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. International rooftop bars like Red2One in Santiago, Chile; Lavelle in Toronto, Canada; Gravity Bar at Guinness Storehouse in Dublin, Ireland; and Junkyard Golf Club in Manchester, United Kingdom, also made the list.

SkyCity Online Casino conducted this study, surveying more than 1,000 respondents globally and looking for high-scoring consistency, tallying all responses rated eight, nine or 10.

Study Shows More Millennials Are Cruising

A new study from Cruisebound shows more millennials are cruising, as the average age of cruisers trends downward. The study discovered the largest portion of cruisers are ages 25 to 44, making up 45 percent of all cruise bookers. Seniors, aged 55 and up, currently only account for 26 percent of cruise bookers. The platform theorizes this trend in younger cruisers is brought about by cruise lines’ increasing offering of family-friendly experiences and shorter cruises that can be enjoyed over a long weekend.
