Sea to Summit is an Australian outfitting company that makes a host of cool products. The whole idea behind the company is to create products that are easy-to-use, lightweight and inspire people to get outside and adventure.
With that in mind, they have created Wilderness Wash Pocket Soap. Packaged in a flip-top case (think about the size of a Tic-Tac case), 50 individual leaves of dry soap can be used to wash, as the company claims, pretty much everything. Wash your hands, wash your hair, wash your clothes, wash the dishes: the pocket soap does it all. And you can stash it wherever without having to worry about getting your pack soapy and wet.
Using the wash is simple. Just flip open the packet, snag a leaf and moisten it. The leaf will dissolve and the resulting soap can be used just like any other.
Priced at $3.95, the Pocket Soap is well worth it to avoid the hassle and mess of bar soap and the travel restrictions of liquid soap. It is biodegradable and unscented, although some customers have noticed a scent.
Sea to Summit makes a whole bunch of other cool products, from gear for camping to water sports, and it’s worthwhile to check out their homepage.
