YOTEL expands its presence in Europe with the launch of YOTEL Belfast, slated to open in late 2026. The property will mark the first YOTEL on the island of Ireland.
The new-build hotel will include 165 guestrooms, each embodying the YOTEL DNA of intelligent, space-saving design; smart technology; and maximum comfort for guests. Guestrooms come with brand signatures, such as the YOTEL reclining SmartBed, SmartTVs and rain showers with Urban Jungle amenities.
Guests will also enjoy an on-site food and beverage concept, 24/7 fitness center and a meeting room.

We are thrilled to partner with Andras Hotels, one of the leading and largest operators in the region.”
YOTEL Belfast will sit in the historic Shaftesbury Square in central Belfast, just minutes from some of the city’s most popular attractions like Queen’s University and the Botanic Gardens.
